Self-Worth: An Inside Job

When I posted yesterday's announcement about the EMM Radical Shift course, I told you about my lowest low. Specifically, I said the following:

"...I realized I was existing in a place of worthlessness. I was carrying around emotions that were actually blocking my success. I was telling the world I was worthless and it was reflecting that hidden belief back to me. The harder things became, the more worthless I felt."

Here's the thing about feelings of low self-worth or all encompassing worthlessness: it's an inside job just as much as changing it is. When we look outside for validation and worthiness, we will always be left wanting. If the inside foundation isn't in shape, nothing outside will get us where we need to be to be healthy and whole.

On top of it all, self-worth (and love...for another post) is at the foundation of what you will allow yourself to try, how much you will accomplish, and whether you will ....

We dig deep into identifying where your self-worth currently ranks, why it's there, and flipping the script so you can see and own the brilliant woman you are. We sell ourselves short while looking for external validation. We're always left wanting when we do that. Once we've nailed down your incredibly worth, we start creating that change you so desperately want.

If you can relate to this, hop over to EMM Radical Shift and apply for one of a few limited spots. I have a special, one-time low price for those who fill out the application and schedule a call today. It also includes a bonus 1:1 coaching call in addition to already included group calls. I want to reward those of you who are tired of feeling less than and are ready to get moving. I've been there. I've been on the self-worth, big-vision-with-no-results roller coaster. Let me help you get off it and on to the life you desire. Let me help you OWN it.

To learn even more about the Radical Shift program, join my private mastermind group on FB. I'll be going live in there to share all the details and answer your questions!!
